We are a local veteran owned land investing business based out of Ashburn Virginia. We are currently buying properties throughout the United States.
Our founding member and President David has lived in Northern Virginia for just over ten years now working as a project manager. Prior to that David worked as analyst at an engineering organization.
David has over 16 years of experience leading projects, building business processes, and conducting various types of analysis. David’s experience with people, projects, process, and numbers lends itself well to the land real estate business.
We hold ourselves and those we work with to these standards.

Promote Deal Transparency Land deals have to make sense for us too. We aim to make a profit. When we present you an offer we will plainly explain how we got to our offer.
